Cessation of Walk-in Customers

The Ministry of Immigration wishes to advise the public that the acceptance of walk-in customers will cease effective Monday, 29 September 2025.

This change does not affect applicants who have already secured online appointments. Those with confirmed appointments are requested to attend their respective Immigration Offices on the scheduled date and time.

For operational efficiency and to ensure timely service delivery, only urgent applications will be received without an appointment, strictly in the following categories and with the required supporting documentation:

  1. Medical
  2. Official Travel
  3. Study
  4. Work
  5. Returning Fiji Citizens and Permanent Residence (PR) holders

Please note that the official opening hours for passport enrolment and collection are from 8.30 am to 3.00 pm.
